A standard $10 shipping charge is applicable for all purchases below $50.

Upon receipt of order, all goods will be dispatched via Speedpost Standard Delivery. A tracking number will be provided to track the status of your parcel.

It will take 1-2 working days to prepare and ship your order. Do note that delays may occur due to seasonal or peak periods.  You will receive email notifications when your order has been processed and subsequently shipped. You can also check your order status through your account.

Returns (only for orders shipped in Singapore)

Returns are valid within 14 days of the order's shipped date.

When you return any item purchased from us, you will receive store credit in your account for the returned item. Upon receipt of return item, store credit will be provided and can be used to make another purchase.

BBaggies is represented by Beste (S) Pte Ltd and we allow the flexibility of exchange for other brands represented by the company based on retail value within 14days of purchase.
